The app

Kegel Hero has no account. You do not sign up or sign in.
The app does not collect any data. It sends nothing to us.
A share image leaves your iPhone only when you tap Share. It goes only where you send it. Save Image asks to add it to Photos. The app cannot read your photos.
Your training history and settings stay on this iPhone. Like other app data, they are in your iPhone backups if you make them.
Reminders are local notifications. Your iPhone schedules and shows them. No server is involved.
Apple handles the purchase of the full plan. The app only asks Apple whether this Apple Account owns it. It never sees your payment details.
There are no analytics, no ads and no tracking.
If you delete the app, your training history is deleted with it.

This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no ads and no tracking scripts.
It loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.
Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and safe. We do not use them to track you.
